TGS Baltic has guided Nala Renewables through the acquisition of a 34-megawatt solar power plants portfolio from Green Genius in Lithuania. Known for its expertise in renewable energy transactions, TGS Baltic has formed a lasting relationship with both companies. The deal includes a future agreement for Nala Renewables to acquire an additional 45 megawatts of photovoltaic projects from Green Genius, aiming to expand their total portfolio capacity in Lithuania to 79 megawatts. TGS Baltic previously advised Green Genius on notable PV projects in Latvia and Lithuania.
