BrightSpring Health Services, a leading provider of home and community-based health services, has completed the acquisition of Haven Hospice, a Florida-based hospice care company. This acquisition, valued at $60 million, expands BrightSpring’s services into 18 counties in north central Florida. BrightSpring paid $15 million in cash upfront, granted $30 million in equity, and issued a $15 million seller note payable in 2028. This move will allow BrightSpring to offer its top-rated hospice care to more patients and their families in the region. The acquisition strengthens BrightSpring’s presence in the Florida hospice market and aligns with its commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare services.
