Studitalia announces the entry of Milano Capital and a group of high-profile private investors into its share capital. Studitalia, co-founded and managed by accountants Dario Mazzolini and Cristiano Verazzi, provides accounting, administration, and advisory services. The company has seen annual growth of over 15% over the last decade. The €26 million investment, mainly in capital increase, aims to finance further acquisitions and investments in information systems, with a goal to create a national champion exceeding €55 million in revenue within 5-6 years. Milano Capital, led by Gabriele Bavagnoli and Gianluca Longhi, coordinated the operation with notable investors including PFC, Ekon Capital, Evoluzione 11, Solferino Investment, and BG Asset Management. The transaction, promoted by MpO, will see Milano Capital involved in Studitalia’s board, while legal, financial, brand, and talent advisory were provided by Bird&Bird, Deloitte, Brandfanatic, and Key2People respectively.
