Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in SeaCross, a leading provider of navigation software for high-speed marine operations. SeaCross will join Adelis’ newly formed defense technology group, which aims to scale and support niche technology companies in the defense sector. This marks the second investment by Adelis in this group, following its acquisition of Bruhn NewTech in July. SeaCross, led by CEO Axel Trneman and Chairman Harald Nilsonne, will continue its mission to deliver advanced navigation solutions for challenging environments. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
