Mishcon de Reya has announced the addition of Nicholle Kingsley as a new Planning Partner in its Real Estate practice, continuing the firm’s strategic expansion. Kingsley, who brings extensive experience in advising on some of the UK’s most significant development projects, will join the firm’s London office from Pinsent Masons on October 7. Her expertise covers a wide range of planning areas, including large-scale mixed-use developments, regeneration projects, and public-private partnerships. Anita Rivera, Head of Planning in the Real Estate department, expressed that Kingsley’s appointment significantly enhances the firm’s capabilities. The firm now boasts 44 partners and over 130 lawyers, making it one of London’s largest full-service real estate teams.
