Jackson, a Fellow of the CIPD with over 20 years of experience in diverse industries, will enhance HR practices to support BCN’s rapid growth. The company has expanded significantly over the past three years and now employs 425 people across multiple UK cities including Manchester, Leeds, Reading, and Belfast. Jackson will also focus on advancing the BCN Academy, which provides training and development opportunities for employees.
