BC Partners Real Estate and Hova Hospitality, in collaboration with B&B HOTELS, have completed the acquisition of a 30-hotel portfolio in Germany from AccorInvest. This portfolio includes 2,308 rooms across several German cities and will undergo major refurbishments and energy efficiency upgrades. The hotels will be operated by B&B HOTELS under long-term, CPI-linked leases. The deal exemplifies the synergistic strengths of BC Partners’ investment and asset management, Hova Hospitality’s sector expertise, and B&B HOTELS’ operational capabilities. This acquisition aligns with BC Partners Real Estate’s strategy to expand its exposure to the European hotel sector and further solidifies Hova Hospitality’s management of an extensive hotel portfolio.
