British Patient Capital has made a significant investment totalling $60 million in two of Atomico’s latest funds. The firm invested $20 million in Atomico Venture VI, aimed at supporting early-stage companies (primarily Series A), and $40 million in Atomico Growth VI, which focuses on supporting businesses from Series B to pre-IPO. This commitment follows a prior $50 million investment by British Patient Capital in Atomico V back in 2020. These new funds mark Atomico’s largest ever fundraising effort, amassing $1.24 billion. The firm, with offices in the UK, Paris, Berlin, and Stockholm, aims to support the most ambitious entrepreneurs harnessing technology. Already, UK-based investments from these funds include Ben, Opna, Dexory, and Tem.
