Dorda has provided legal counsel to GalCap Europe in their acquisition of a real estate portfolio comprising three residential and commercial buildings located in Vienna’s 2nd, 14th, and 22nd districts. The properties collectively offer a total lettable area of approximately 22,461 square meters. This includes 237 flats, three commercial premises, a pharmacy, Hofer and Lidl outlets, and substantial parking facilities with 217 car and 10 motorbike spaces in underground car parks. The Dorda team was led by Partner Magdalena Brandstetter and Associate Diane Steindl. Despite the transaction’s significance, Dorda declined to comment further on the acquisition.
