Razor Group, established in 2020, is known for acquiring and optimizing Amazon FBA shops, and with the acquisition of Perch, significantly enhances its product offerings to approximately 40,000 items selling across three continents and more than 30 sales channels. Following these strategic moves, the Razor Group’s valuation has surged to an estimated USD 1.7 billion. This strategic expansion reflects Razor Group’s consolidation strategy, further solidified by previous acquisitions such as Factory14, Valoreo, and Stryze Group.
