The capital injection was led by venture capital firm Sure Valley Ventures and saw participation from Techstars. Vortex IQ plans to use the funds to expand its market presence in the US and Europe, focusing on building its sales and marketing teams and hiring additional AI specialists. The company has experienced significant momentum after doubling its customer base and forming strategic partnerships with BigCommerce and Adobe. Vortex IQ’s AI DevOps and analytics tool is currently being piloted by Krispy Kreme, with plans for a global rollout by the end of 2024. Founder Susant Kumar Patro, who has two decades of experience in eCommerce, emphasized the company’s mission to simplify and enhance eCommerce workflows through innovative AI solutions.
