Dan Robinson, a seasoned professional in the defense and intelligence industry, has been appointed as the vice president of corporate development at SOS International (SOSi). In a LinkedIn post shared on Monday, Robinson discussed his new role, which will involve developing and implementing the company’s merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy. His responsibilities will include target identification, corporate reviews, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Before this, Robinson served as the vice president of intelligence at SOSi, where he led teams focused on intelligence analysis, cybersecurity, intelligence surveillance platforms, and language and cultural advisory services for defense and intelligence clients. His previous executive roles included positions at The Buffalo Group, Pluribus International, L-3 Communications, and Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), as well as a policy analyst and program manager role at Betac.
