Hyatt Hotels Corporation has acquired the Me and All Hotels brand from Lindner Hotels AG, aiming to expand its presence in the European market. This acquisition builds on a strategic collaboration initiated in 2022 that increased Hyatt’s brand footprint in Germany. Me and All Hotels, previously a nested brand within Hyatt’s JdV by Hyatt, will now operate as a standalone brand within Hyatt’s lifestyle portfolio. Launched in 2016, the brand has six hotels and over 1,000 rooms in Germany, with a pipeline that includes new builds in key cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig, and Stuttgart. The acquisition was officially completed on June 28, 2024.
