Imkan Properties, a prominent real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi and a part of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, has sold a significant minority stake in ALJURF HOSPITALITY SERVICES SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP LLC to a consortium of international investors. The transaction, advised by TLA and led by partners Carlo Pianese and Emile Boulos with assistance from associate Raya Akhdar, involves the development of a reclaimed island off the coast of Al Jurf in Ghantoot (Abu Dhabi). This island, envisioned as the world’s first healthy-living island, will feature villas, apartments, a wellness clinic, and a hotel. The wellness clinic and hotel will be managed by Albir Hills SA under the SHA trademark.
