Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management firm with a portfolio valued at over $3.7 billion, has announced the promotion of Cristina Marchand to Marketing Manager of Lakeside Village, a 460,000-square-foot lifestyle center in Lakeland, Florida. Marchand, who has been with CRC since 2021, will oversee all marketing activities, public relations, social media management, tenant relations, and the center’s marketing budget. Lakeside Village, acquired by CRC last year, recently underwent a $3 million renovation and rebranding initiative. The center hosts more than 70 tenants across various sectors including retail, entertainment, and healthcare. Marchand brings nearly a decade of marketing experience from her previous roles at CASTO, Heartland for Children, and Peace River Center for Personal Development.
