Cambridge Innovation Capital plc, Amadeus Capital Partners, and IQ Capital are among 20 venture capital and growth equity firms partnering with the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA) to unlock British pension investment in high growth companies. The initiative, known as the Venture Capital Investment Compact, aims to secure over £50 billion of new capital by 2030. The signatories of the Compact represent a significant portion of the UK VC and growth equity market, with over £25 billion of assets under management. The BVCA will establish the Pensions & Private Capital Expert Panel to provide advice on the delivery of the Compact.
